Claude Code

Connect Claude Code, the command-line tool, to TOWeb.

Claude Code is Claude’s command-line tool for developers. It is installed separately, and connects to TOWeb with a command.

To install it: install Claude Code from Anthropic’s official website.

Connecting Claude Code

  1. In TOWeb Settings › AI, open the Claude Code tab and copy the claude mcp add… command.
  2. Paste it once into a terminal, then start Claude Code.

Checking

In Claude Code, type this command:

Claude Code
/mcp

toweb should appear as connected.

Good to know

  • This command is for Claude Code only. For Claude Desktop, use the Add to Claude Desktop button: pasted anywhere else, the command connects nothing.
  • When Claude Code asks permission to use a toweb tool, choose the option that doesn’t ask again.
