TOWeb version 12.10

This upgrade of TOWeb brings several important improvements and fixes. This update addresses a security vulnerability affecting all sites created with TOWeb version 5 or higher, preventing phishing and identity theft. A full republishing of each site is highly recommended to apply this fix.
Other enhancements include the addition of a "Strikethrough Price" column in the product editing grid to facilitate promotion management, interface optimizations for faster access to main screens, and various bug fixes, such as header banner alignment issues and collapsible paragraph functionality.
