TOWeb version 11.03

This update brings code optimizations, corrections but above all improvements for topic groups such as in particular facilitating your additions or duplications at the beginning or at the end of a group (improvement also valid for article topics). In addition, a reading time can now be specified in the pages of your site in order to appear in their summary when they are grouped. Finally, a link has been added in the coupon management of an E-Commerce site to remind you to communicate with your visitors/customers when you create new coupons and allow you to use Mailzy at that time.
