06/25/2009 - TOWeb version 2.81

bugfix : on a multilingual website, meta-tags <title>, <description>, <keyword> and <head> defiend peer topics were not translated but using the one of the main language of your website
bugfix : temporary files generated by TOWeb may have been publish on your host space with previous versions. Publish your website again with this new update will clean up all non necessary files on your web space
improvement : support of the tag<nowiki> that doesn't transform any special characters or notations inside a text. The text part to be preserved must start with <nowiki> and end with </nowiki>.

02/27/2009 - TOWeb version 2.74

bugfix : VAT percents and values may been truncated in the e-commerce edition. This issue is fixed and VAT percent can now support up to 3 decimal digits (eg. 12.875%)
improvement : a new procedure automatically detect and correct some invalid format of images before to be added in your website
improvement : a new encryption method based on md5 is now support for .htacess protection. This must only be used if your host server supports it otherwise we recommend you not to modify this and let TOWeb use the default encryption method
improvement : the list and information regarding the default host providers available in TOWeb has been updated

01/28/2009 - TOWeb version 2.73

improvement : a new option "Required filed" has been added and can be used now for the selection lists of a form in order to ask the user to select at least one choice
improvement : a new option "Activate and display by default all the shipping fields" has been added to the form accessible from "Options > e-Commerce > Order form fields". If checked this option will automatically display by default on your website all the shipping details fields with no need for your customers to activate this option to enter shipping information
bugfix : the option "Go to the album" in slide shows was not always opening the correct album in a multilingual website
bugfix : the list of websites may have been displayed incorrectly in the Start step of TOWeb causing open errors in professional and e-commerce editions

improvement : the index pages of the albums and catalogs can now have up to 6 column of thumb images instead of maximum 4 before. The choice of 5 or 6 columns of images is recommended only if you use small images in your album or catalog index pages otherwise it may enlarge the size of these pages
bugfix : enumerate lists using the # characters in a paragraph were not displayed correctly with the MS Internet Explorer web browsers (number greater than 9 where not fully visible)
bugfix : update of the RSS feed that containing some characters not correctly encoded
bugfix: update of the javascript scripts generated by TOWeb to add some missing attributes and HTML code

12/02/2008 - TOWeb version 2.71

bugfix : topics using the option named "No theme applied to this topic" (located in the "Design and layout" tab) could have been displayed incorrectly under some web browsers (such as Safari for instance) if an outer pattern was defined in the Theme. Such a problem was also concerning the windows containing zoomed images
bugfix : external topics were displayed among the results of the local search engines, giving wrong results and invalid links
bugfix : in multilingual website, some texts inside grouped topics could have not been translated using the right language
bugfix : the RSS file generated by TOWeb may have contained some additional invalid characters causing display errors in web browsers and RSS reader software

improvement : 2 new transition effects added. These effects are only visible when using the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser and are located in the Theme step of TOWeb
improvement : some antivirus (like AntiVir) were detecting false virus in the password protected pages of websites created by TOWeb. A modification has been added into the website pages in order to avoid such antivirus to display a wrong warning about virus when visiting your website protected pages

bugfix : transparent GIF images may have been displayed with a black background color instead of the background color of the topic

improvement : in addition to the ((c)) and ((r)) syntaxes displaying the © and ® symbol characters when placed inside a text, the new ((tm)) syntax now displays the ™ character for trademark

07/09/2008 - TOWeb version 2.61

bugfix : when a website is opened, TOWeb now automatically detects and fixes any data errors encountered, especially errors due to groups of topics. This update is important as such errors may cause corrupted data and general protection fault of the application
bugfix : if the label of a form field was containing a dash (-) character its validation function (mandatory field, fixed size check, ...) was not working correctly
bugfix : double quotes (") placed inside the name of a payment were causing a submit issue to order sent by email (the content of the email was not complete as in the e-commerce demonstration)
bugfix : VAT was not added to the total when ordering on the Paypal website when both the option "Show the Paypal shopping cart" was checked and the option "VAT already included in item prices" was unchecked

06/11/2008 - TOWeb version 2.60

bugfix : adding a new paragraph inside catalog items with the option "at the beginning" or "after the selected paragraph" may have caused errors such as the texts or images duplicated inside every other catalog items. This bug has been corrected and any corrupted catalogs on your website will now be automatically fixed during the opening. IMPORTANT : as all the detected errors of duplicated content inside catalogs will be deleted you may check the correctness of your catalog items and especially any additional item pictures you may have added to make sure they are no missing ones
bugfix : incorrect prices (such as "NaN/NaN") may have been displayed inside the shopping cart if a catalog item was containing only one sub-product and were preventing any order from the website site
bugfix : password protected pages were not working correctly with all languages on a multilingual website
bugfix : the option named “Display links of catalog items into the shopping cart's checkout page" (located under Options > Shopping cart) created invalid links that were not matching the ones inside the shopping cart
bugfix : if a catalog item was containing different prices for its sub-products, the order price used when adding it to the shopping cart may have been the one of another sub-product
bugfix : depending on the catalog layout and the catalog content, the prices of some catalog items may have not been always displayed inside the catalog web pages

05/23/2008 - TOWeb version 2.55

bugfix : deleting a topic of a website was not always deleting all the data files of the topic. All the non necessary files are now deleted to clear and free disk space for every non-needed files
bugfix : despite the previous 2.54 bugfix, some calatog or album pages may have been saved with incorrect names and may have generated dead links if the filename extension of their main index page was modified
bugfix : using a different extension as the one by default (.html) in a multilingual website was producing temporary files that were never deleted
bugfix : in customized paragraph styles, the "left/center/right" justify feature was not working correctly as it was always using the justify style defined in "Theme" > "Topics" instead

improvement : two new smiley styles (Box and Baby) have been added and are available from the Theme step
bugfix : the option named "open the URL of this external website inside a new browser window" available for external website topics was not applicable per topic but for every topics and was not working when added inside a submenu
bugfix : the "copy an existing topic" feature accessible from the "add a new topic" button was not working correctly if the topic was placed inside a group
bugfix : the translation of the single choice lists (radio button texts) as well as multiple choice lists (check box texts) inside a form was not possible as these texts were not displayed in the "translate your website texts" window ( "Start" > "Languages" )
bugfix : the file extension change of a topic index name (eg. from index.html to index.php) was not applicable to all the web pages of an album or a catalog but only to its main index pages

04/18/2008 - TOWeb version 2.53

improvement : topics created with the type "external website" have now a new option to open their URL inside a new window of the web browser instead of using the one of your website. This option named "Open the URL of this external website inside a new web browser window" is located under the "Design and layout" tab
bufix : under some circonstances a missing image represented by a red X icon may have been displayed on the left part of the banner when the website was viewed using the Internet Explorer web browser
bugfix : the .htaccess web page protection on topics may have missed some user accounts and passwords especially if more than one hundred users were defined
bugfix : it was previously possible to add an item with a 0 (zero) quantity to the shopping cart. The item quantity is now checked and can't be added if not greater or equal to 1
bugfix : links to external sites were containing errors preventing these websites to open correctly when used with the [[ ]] notation
bugfix : the external website topics are no longer displayed into the list of topic links. To create a link to an external website inside a paragraph the option "create a link to : Another website" should now be used instead

improvement : the website open function has been optimized and reduce the time to open the last modified website
improvement : the computer shutdown option is now present in the Publish step if you want your computer to shutdown after a successful transfer of your website files. This option is still present also at the bottom of the screen during the publishing in case you change your mind

improvement : if you want the local search engine of your website to ignore a particular topic then a new feature allow you to do this from the link named "Modify the directory and index file name of this topic" located at the bottom of each Topic's general tab
improvement : the preview button of the shopping cart content is only present by default on catalogs. But a new predefined field named %TW-SHOPCART% can now be added into any text in order to display this button anywhere you need to, like for for instance inside the introduction of a catalogues' group or into a panel of your homepage
bugfix : Flash animation placed inside a topic were always displayed on the foreground and were partially hiding the popup submenus of your website's menu

improvement : in the "Publish" step a new option "Fast changes detection" is now available when selecting the action "Publish changes only". Activating this option will speed up the transfer of your website on your host server
improvement : in the image editor a "Rotation" feature is now available under the "Add a frame" tab. This might be useful to create an design effect on your images or to adjust any non horizontal pictures
improvement : the "favorite themes” have been renamed "template themes" and TOWeb now proposes by default a list of few predefined themes that may be used as is for your website or customized thereafter using the usual features of the TOWeb's Theme step

bugfix : the installation of the previous version 2.06 may have initialized shipping prices to wrong values resulting in errors in the total amount of orders from your website. If you were using version 2.06 you need to publish your website again after installing this 2.07 update
bugfix : the import contact feature located in the "Publish" step of TOWeb was not always detecting the MS Outlook or the Vista WinMail application resulting in the display of an empty contact list
bugfix : when the form name size was greater than 1000 characters, a thousand separator characters was added and the OK button of the dialog was no longer accessible
improvement : maximum width and height of external website links using the integrated option are now enlarged to 1024×1600 pixels instead 640×800 pixels
improvement : a computer shutdown option is now available at the bottom the screen during the file transfer to your web space. This option may be useful for a big website that takes hours to publish and if you don't want your computer to stay up and running thereafter. If the publication fails your computer will not be shutdown. As you computer will be automatically shutdowned, make sure you don't have any other application running with unsaved data before to use this feature !

bugfix : the list of shipping price limits and comparisons were not displayed correctly : instead of having conditions such as "If the order weight is > X then the amount is = Y" the list was wrongly displaying the opposite comparison : "If the order weight is < X then the amount is = Y". If you are using shipping prices depending on the order weight and have entered your limits and amounts you will need to update them according to the right comparison
bugfix : the right-click menu was not working on the TOWeb script fields and copy/paste in here where only possible using the CTRL+C and CTRL+V shortcuts instead
bigfix : the topic password control was sometime disabled, preventing any modification of it without closing and restarting TOWeb
