06/29/2007 - TOWeb version 1.81

bugfix : TOWeb field names like for instance %FIELD% where displayed inside the text summary of topics when grouped
bugfix : when using a link to a file in a paragraph, the linked file may not have been published after a renaming of the original file name or after a change of its location
improvement : a new feature is now available to place script or HTML code directly inside your text without the need to necessarily create a TOWeb script field. The syntax to do this is to add tags like this <html>YOUR CODE HERE</html>. This may be useful for example to add a web counter script or to change the font of a text like in the following examples :

To display a text in red :
<html>this text is red</html>
To display a text in a font size of 15 pixels :
<html>the size of this text is 15px</html>
To change the font name :
<html>this text font is courier new</html>
To make a combination of all the previous examples :
<html>text in red with a 15px courier new font</html>

05/06/2007 - TOWeb version 1.80

bugfix : the change of the brightness, contrast and color from the image editor was changing the transparent pixels of GIF images to black pixels
bugfix : internal links using the double brackets [[ ]] were not working properly with text format characters. For instance if your topic name was formatted in bold like **Homepage**, the link [[Homepage]] was not correctly detected.
bugfix : the '+' character placed at the beginning of a new text line was not always detected and not displaying the line as a subtitle.
bugfix : if you have used links to files on your website on your topics, some files might have been still uploaded to your web space even if these links were no longer used.

bugfix : the <title> tag may not have been always present in your web pages. This fix is important regarding web search engines and you need to publish your website again with this version to have all your web pages uptodate
bugfix : all the content of TOWeb's screens was not always visible on computer using high graphical resolutions and 120dpi Windows fonts
bugfix : the currency symbol may have been wrongly displayed before or after the amount on some catalogs
improvement : printable order form of the Personal and Professional editions (only) contains the first name and last name fields enlarged and displayed on two different lines

03/19/2007 - TOWeb version 1.72

bugfix : web links containing parameters and using the "&" character were incorrect and not working properly when placed inside a text
improvement : the 4 following sequences ((c)) ((r)) << and >> are now respectively and automatically replaced with characters © ® « and » when placed inside the texts of your paragraphes as well as used inside the image editor (for instance to add a copyright © text over your pictures)
improvement : if no character set is specified for your website from the TOWeb's Options dialog, a default character set is now automatically determined and applied in order to prevent some extended characters like for instance European accents to appear instead as wrong symbols on your web pages
improvement : the startup message "click here to enter" shortly displayed on your website during the first visit is not displayed anymore. If you want to restore it back you need to uncheck this new option located under the "Page footer" tab of the TOWeb's Options dialog

improvement : the target of a link in a paragraph can now be specified. Default is the automatic mode but you may choose to open a link in the same web page or in a new web browser window

bugfix : the option "Do not truncate texts and do not show the 'More...' links" located in the "Advanced topic settings" was not working for topic groups

09/04/2006 - TOWeb version 1.54

new feature : a maximum amount per order can now be specified in the shopping cart
improvement : if you have topics that may take a long time to download in your visitors' web browser a new feature now displays a waiting message until the web page download is completed. This feature is for "page" topics only and can be activated using the check box "Display a wait message until this page is totally downloaded in web browsers". You may customize the waiting message from the button "Customize" located in TOWeb settings. Important: this waiting message is only displayed when the web page download is greater than 2 sec. As local preview on your machine are generally fast, you will need to publish your web page and to have important content on it (like for instance many pictures) to see this message.
bugfix : using an invalid icon format for your website was blocking the access to the website title dialog
bugfix : the access to a password protected topic was not working properly if the default root file name of the topic was not using the format "index.*"
bugfix : the found links of the search engines were broken when the website address indicated in the Host Configuration Wizard is incorrect.

new feature : The ability to embed video or music file inside a web page is extended to external links (it was only available for file links). To demonstrate a possible usage of this new feature, you may want to insert one of the Lauyan.com clocks on your site.
new feature : you can now place a paragraph to the right of the previous one by checking the "Right Aligned" option of the "Paragraph layout" section. The width of each "Right aligned" can be specified in pixel or %. For instance, this option was used to align the different clock animations inside the Lauyan.com Clocks' page as well as the different theme pictures displayed inside the website examples' page.
