How does the online payment work ?

From your order to the delivery of your registration number, the following steps present the process of our online purchasing system :

1 - Your order and a secured bank server connection

Once you have determined the licence you need and filled out the order form, you will need to click on the button "Proceed to Payment" to be redirected to the secured server of our bank (Credit Mutuel) from where you will proceed with your payment.
Our bank will then establish a secured connection between their server and your computer (using the SSL technology with 128 bits encryption) so that you can safely enter your credit card information for your payment. You can check that you are in a secured zone by looking at the presence of a small icon representing a closed padlock in your internet web browser (generally located on the right side corner) and double click on it to verify the identity of this server.

2 - A totally safe transaction

From the secured server of our bank partner, you can safely enter your credit card information (card number, expiration date and the last 3 digits located on the back side of your card) to proceed with your payment. As our bank is in charge of the whole transaction, no third-party, including Lauyan.com, can have access to your card number. As a consequence and also because your credit card information are never stored, this system fully ensures you against any possible use of your card number thereafter.

3 - Payment acceptation and delivery

After you have verified and validated your credit card information, our bank will then immediately indicate you whether your payment is accepted or rejected and will also inform our server at the same time about this result. If your payment is accepted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email of your purchase containing the expected delivery delay. For the purchase of a software registration key you should generally receive your registration number within few minutes with your invoice attached. On the very unlikely event where you do not receive your email in the expected delay, please contact us at order@lauyan.com by indicating your name and date of purchase.

Which online payments do you accept ?

We accept payment with Visa and MasterCard cards. If you do use such cards, you may also consider the use of a Virtual credit card number. Several major credit card issuers are offering customers the option of shopping online with virtual, single-use credit card numbers, which expire within one or two months.

I have no credit card, how can I purchase your software ?

We accept payments in Euros by checks and wire transfers as well as in other currencies than Euro if the total amount includes our bank transaction fees :

Payment by check

We accept checks in Euro or any other currency payable in France made out to LAUYAN SOFTWARE. Please, note that 20 euros of additional fees (or the equivalent amount in your currency) must be added to the total of your command if the check is not emitted from a French bank. There is no additional fees for a check in Euro emitted from a French bank. Please refer to the Additional fees for foreign checks and wires section below to have some equivalences of these fees in various currencies.

To pay by check, fill out our order form, then, if you have a printer, print your order form and put it with your check in the envelope. If you don't have a printer, just write your 12 digits order number on the back of your check. Send your payment by postal mail to this address:

Payment by wire transfer

We accept wire transfers in Euro or any other currency. Please, note that 20 euros of additional fees (or the equivalent amount in your currency) must be added to the total of your command if the wire is not emitted in Euro from a country of the Euro Area. There is no additional fees for a wire in Euro emitted from the Euro Area (France, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain). Please refer to the Additional fees for foreign checks and wires section below to have some equivalences of these fees in various currencies.

Before to proceed to a wire transfer, fill out our order form, then report your 12 digits order number in the label/description of your wire transfer. The payment must be made to the following bank account :

We accept Western Union payments. For more information, please contact us and let us know in which country you are living so we can tell you how to proceed.

Additional fees for foreign checks and wire transfers

In the following cases, 20 euros of additional fees must be added to the total amount of your check or wire transfer (there's never any additional fees to add for a credit card payment) :

Check NOT emitted from France (in Euro or any other currencies). For instance a check emitted from Belgium, United Kingdom, Swiss or Brazil.
Wire transfer NOT emitted from the Euro Area (in Euro or any other currencies). For instance a wire transfer from Swiss or Brazil.
Wire transfer NOT emitted in Euro currency (from the Euro Area or not). For instance a wire transfer emitted in the GBP currency from United Kingdom.
