i-Service Formulaire

The i-Service Form allows you to automatically receive by email the contents of all the forms submitted by your visitors on your website. If you have problems or do not know the i-Services see our i-Services overview page.

How to configure the web Form i-Service ?

You must first activate the form i-Service and click the Configure button to open the configuration window of this i-Service. We recommend to check the option: Use this i-service for all my website forms so any existing forms (and any future form added) in a paragraph of your website will use this service to automatically send their content to your email address.

Using the Form i-Service allows you to manage  attachment files that can be either directly emailed to you or saved on your web space. You can choose your preference that will be applicable to all your website forms.

If you use the e-commerce features we recommend to use the form i-service to receive your customers orders by email so you can fully take advantage of all the features offered by TOWeb.

Note : if you want to use another form service (for example if your host providers offer this service hat is specific to your needs) for submitting or saving your forms then you must check the option "Let me decide for each form which post action to choose" and enter the URL of your script in the properties window of each form.

How to retrieve e-commerce order files saved by the i-service form?

In addition to emailing, the i-service form offers an option that allows you to save e-commerce orders on your web space. This feature can be very useful if for some any reason you do not or no longer have in your possession an e-commerce order email posted from your website (eg due to a temporary mail server error, or due to a delete of the email by mistake or by a spam filter, ...)
From the window of the "form i-service configuration" (accessible from the "Options> i-Services> Form> Configure") you need to activate the option called Use the i-service to receive customer orders by email as weel as the option named Save an order copy on your web space. Of course, for this to work, you must have previously published your site with these options enabled. And then if you want to view and access order files stored on your web space you'll need to do so by clicking on orders login page on your host space (link located in this configuration window i-Form service). This link will redirect you to a login page on your website where you will need to enter the i-services login name and password you defined in TOWeb. Once your username and password is entered, you can view the content of any order by clicking on it and can also delete them to free space on your web space if you don't need these order backup files anymore.
