TOWeb version 12.04

This update generates QR Codes without using Google's now obsolete service, this for better performance too and without requiring any internet connection. Corrections have also been made to the web form that creates customer accounts on e-Commerce sites, to map objects in paragraphs as well as to the translations and/or display of the TOWeb user interface.
